Find Product Pinched In the Seal
Finding product pinched in the seal has typically been nearly impossible, especially when the package is opaque. Optical scanners have had a limited usefulness, and only on clear packages. Our X-ray technology coupled with Hyper-Switch™ processing platform can find very small pieces of pinched product even with package rotation.

Hyper-Switch™ running on our C3 conveyor machine successfully detected both the contaminant and the pinched seal and removed the pouch at a conveyor speed of 200 ft/min.
